On the Wall: We will work with the elasticity of the bungee rope, a particular system that allows us to move following a specific shape on the vertical surface. We are going to learn the basics of bungee, eight movements on the wall, jumps, rotations, and connection with breathing during the process to find pleasure and mobility in tonicity and cardiovascular effort using this tool. Then, we will explore some choreographic phrases and movement qualities that will lead us to a new understanding of the body in relation to this particular and demanding aerial discipline. Music connection and rhythm will be at the center of the choreographic proposal and dance expression in acrobatics.

On the Floor: We will prepare the body for work on the wall through joint mobility-focused training, core strengthening, and transitioning from static rope to bungees while ensuring technique security.
